Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Yakamia in 2016 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Retail Trade (147 people or 13.3%)
  • Health Care and Social Assistance (137 people or 12.4%)
  • Education and Training (108 people or 9.7%)

In combination, these three industries employed 392 people in total or 35.4% of the total employed resident population.
