  • Professionals (8,544 people or 14.3%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (8,281 people or 13.8%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 26,815 people in total or 44.7% of the employed resident population.

In comparison, Greater Sydney employed 12.2% in Technicians and Trades Workers; 25.5% in Professionals; and 16.2% in Clerical and Administrative Workers.

The major differences between the jobs held by the population of Wyong Shire and Greater Sydney were:
