Analysis of the car ownership of non-English speakers in Willoughby City Council in 2021 compared to Lane Cove Council area shows that 85.6% were in households that owned at least one car, while 13.5% did not, compared with 90.8% and 8.5% respectively in Lane Cove Council area.
