Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in City of West Torrens in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (5,976 people or 18.1%)
  • Retail Trade (3,013 people or 9.1%)
  • Education and Training (2,858 people or 8.7%)

In combination, these three industries employed 11,847 people in total or 35.9% of the total employed resident population.
