Overall, 22.5% of total families were couple families with child(ren), and 14.4% were one-parent families, compared with 33.4% and 9.0% respectively for Lake Albert.
There were a higher proportion of lone person households and a lower proportion of couples without children. Overall, the proportion of lone person households was 27.3% compared to 20.0% in Lake Albert while the proportion of couples without children was 22.5% compared to 32.2% in Lake Albert.
