Dominant groups
In 2021, there were 1,506 males who caught public transport to work (train, bus, tram or ferry) in Town of Victoria Park, compared with 6,578 who drove in private vehicles (car – as driver, car – as passenger, motorbike, or truck).
Analysis of the method of travel to work of the male residents in the Town of Victoria Park in 2021, compared to St James, shows that 14.2% used public transport, while 60.9% used a private vehicle, compared with 12.4% and 67.5% respectively in St James.
The major differences in males between the method of travel to work of the Town of Victoria Park and St James were:
