Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in City of Unley in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (7,736 people or 38.9%)
  • Managers (3,297 people or 16.6%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (2,267 people or 11.4%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 13,300 people in total or 66.8% of the employed resident population.

In comparison, the City of Tea Tree Gully employed 20.4% in Professionals; 11.5% in Managers; and 15.3% in Clerical and Administrative Workers.

The major differences between the jobs held by the population of the City of Unley and the City of Tea Tree Gully were:
