Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Black Forest in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Professional, Scientific and Technical Services (68 males or 13.0%)
  • Construction (65 males or 12.4%)
  • Retail Trade (43 males or 8.2%)

In combination, these three industries employed 176 males in total or 33.6% of the total employed male resident population.

In comparison, the City of Unley employed 15.2% in Professional, Scientific and Technical Services; 8.8% in Construction; and 7.5% in Retail Trade.
