Dominant groups

Analysis of individual income levels in Clarence Park in 2021 compared to the City of Prospect shows that there was a lower proportion of people earning a high income (those earning $2,000 per week or more) and a higher proportion of low income people (those earning less than $500 per week).

Overall, 15.0% of the population earned a high income, and 29.4% earned a low income, compared with 16.0% and 27.5% respectively for the City of Prospect.
