Dominant groups

Analysis of the families with children in Eastern Region Alliance area in 2016 compared to the City of Tea Tree Gully shows that there was a similar proportion of couples with young children, and a smaller proportion of couples with older children.

Overall, 15.8% of total households with children were couple with young children, and 10.7% were couples with older children, compared with 16.3% and 11.9% respectively for the City of Tea Tree Gully.
