Ridgehaven is bounded by Milne Road in the north, Hancock Road in the east, North East Road in the south and Golden Grove Road in the west.

Settlement history

Settlement of the area dates from the mid 1800s, with growth in the late 1800s. Significant development did not occur until the 1950s, with rapid growth during the 1960s. The population declined slightly in the early 1990s, and then was relatively stable between 1996 and 2006. The population increased slightly between 2006 and 2011 as new dwellings were added to the area.
