Dominant groups
In 2021, there were 10 people who caught public transport to work (train, bus, tram or ferry) in North Tamworth, compared with 1,438 who drove in private vehicles (car – as driver, car – as passenger, motorbike, or truck).
Analysis of the method of travel to work of the residents in North Tamworth in 2021, compared to Tamworth Regional Council, shows that 0.5% used public transport, while 68.1% used a private vehicle, compared with 0.4% and 67.2% respectively in Tamworth Regional Council.
The major differences in persons between the method of travel to work of North Tamworth and Tamworth Regional Council were:
