Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in City of Palmerston LGA in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Public Administration and Safety (3,802 people or 19.8%)
  • Health Care and Social Assistance (2,224 people or 11.6%)
  • Construction (1,933 people or 10.0%)
