Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in City of Mount Gambier in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Community and Personal Service Workers (1,847 people or 15.0%)
  • Professionals (1,829 people or 14.8%)
  • Technicians and Trades Workers (1,776 people or 14.4%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 5,452 people in total or 44.1% of the employed resident population.
