The RDA Limestone Coast Region Estimated Resident Population for 2022 is 68,777, with a population density of 3.22 persons per square km.

The Limestone Coast Region is located in the far south-east of South Australia, between 200 and 450 kilometres south-east of the Adelaide CBD, and between 400 and 500 kilometres west of the Melbourne CBD.

The RDA Limestone Coast Region Community Profile provides demographic analysis for the Region and smaller areas within it based on results from the 2021, 2016, 2011, 2006, 2001, 1996 and 1991 Censuses of Population and Housing. The profile is updated with population estimates when the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) releases new figures.
