Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Balonne Shire in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing (726 people or 34.6%)
  • Health Care and Social Assistance (238 people or 11.3%)
  • Education and Training (184 people or 8.8%)
