Analysis of the housing tenure of Greek speakers in City of Port Phillip in 2021 compared to the total population in City of Port Phillip shows that there was a larger proportion of Greek speakers in households who owned their dwelling; a smaller proportion purchasing their dwelling; and a smaller proportion who were renters.

Overall, 56.9% of Greek speakers were in households who owned their dwelling; 23.8% were purchasing, and 16.0% were renting, compared with 20.0%, 27.4% and 45.8% respectively for the total population in City of Port Phillip.
