Dominant groups

Analysis of the car ownership of non-English speakers in City of Port Phillip in 2021 compared to the total population in City of Port Phillip shows that 80.6% were in households that owned at least one car, while 18.0% did not, compared with 81.6% and 12.5% respectively in the total population in City of Port Phillip.

Of those that owned at least one vehicle, there was a larger proportion owned just one car; a smaller proportion owned two cars; and a smaller proportion that owned three cars or more.
