Dominant groups

Analysis of household income levels for non-English speakers households in the City of Playford in 2021 compared to the total households in the City of Playford shows that there was a smaller proportion of non-English speakers in high income households (those earning $3,000 per week or more) and a lower proportion of low income households (those earning less than $800 per week).

Overall, 11.4% of non-English speakers were in households who earned a high income, and 18.6% were in low income households, compared with 13.0% and 19.2% respectively for the total households in the City of Playford.

The major difference between the incomes levels for non-English speakers in households in the City of Playford and the total population in the City of Playford is:
