Dominant groups

Analysis of individual income levels in Elizabeth Downs in 2021 compared to Elizabeth Grove shows that there was a higher proportion of people earning a high income (those earning $2,000 per week or more) and a lower proportion of low income people (those earning less than $500 per week).

Overall, 2.0% of the population earned a high income, and 45.5% earned a low income, compared with 1.2% and 50.6% respectively for Elizabeth Grove.

The major differences between Elizabeth Downs's individual incomes and Elizabeth Grove's individual incomes were:
