Analysis of car ownership in 2021, indicates 32% of households in Elizabeth had access to two or more motor vehicles, compared to 77% in Angle Vale.

Dominant groups

Analysis of the car ownership of the households in Elizabeth in 2021 compared to Angle Vale shows that 68.2% of the households owned at least one car, while 21.7% did not, compared with 94.6% and 1.9% respectively in Angle Vale.

Of those that owned at least one vehicle, there was a larger proportion who owned just one car; a smaller proportion who owned two cars; and a smaller proportion who owned three cars or more.

Overall, 36.2% of the households owned one car; 22.8% owned two cars; and 9.2% owned three cars or more, compared with 17.8%; 37.6% and 39.2% respectively for Angle Vale.
