Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Llandilo in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Construction (160 people or 22.0%)
  • Retail Trade (68 people or 9.3%)
  • Manufacturing (64 people or 8.8%)

In combination, these three industries employed 292 people in total or 40.1% of the total employed resident population.

In comparison, Penrith City employed 12.0% in Construction; 10.0% in Retail Trade; and 7.4% in Manufacturing.

The major differences between the jobs held by the population of Llandilo and Penrith City were:
