Analysis of the number of bedrooms in dwellings for non-English speakers in the City of Parramatta in 2021 compared to the total population in the City of Parramatta, shows that there was a higher proportion of non-English speakers in dwellings with 2 bedrooms or less, and a lower proportion of dwellings with 4 or more bedrooms.
Overall, 44.4% of non-English speakers were in dwellings with 2 bedrooms or less, and 27.4% in 4 or more bedroom dwellings, compared with 36.7% and 30.2% for the total population in the City of Parramatta respectively.
