Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Seaford Meadows in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (483 people or 18.6%)
  • Retail Trade (324 people or 12.5%)
  • Construction (253 people or 9.7%)

In combination, these three industries employed 1,060 people in total or 40.8% of the total employed resident population.
