Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Woodcroft in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (1,051 people or 18.1%)
  • Retail Trade (728 people or 12.6%)
  • Construction (589 people or 10.2%)

In combination, these three industries employed 2,368 people in total or 40.9% of the total employed resident population.

In comparison, Seaford employed 16.6% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 10.0% in Retail Trade; and 13.8% in Construction.
