Dominant groups

Analysis of individual income levels in Reynella in 2021 compared to Morphett Vale shows that there was a higher proportion of people earning a high income (those earning $2,000 per week or more) and a lower proportion of low income people (those earning less than $500 per week).

Overall, 3.9% of the population earned a high income, and 35.2% earned a low income, compared with 3.4% and 37.7% respectively for Morphett Vale.

The major differences between Reynella's individual incomes and Morphett Vale's individual incomes were:

  • A larger percentage of persons who earned $1,500 - $1,749 (5.8% compared to 4.3%)
