Dominant groups

Analysis of the household/family types in Christies Beach in 2021 compared to the City of Onkaparinga shows that there was a lower proportion of couple families with child(ren) as well as a higher proportion of one-parent families. Overall, 18.6% of total families were couple families with child(ren), and 16.4% were one-parent families, compared with 28.1% and 13.0% respectively for the City of Onkaparinga.
