Analysis of the car ownership of the households in Seaford Meadows in 2021 compared to the Hills South District shows that 93.4% of the households owned at least one car, while 3.7% did not, compared with 93.1% and 3.0% respectively in the Hills South District.

Of those that owned at least one vehicle, there was a larger proportion who owned just one car; a larger proportion who owned two cars; and a smaller proportion who owned three cars or more.
