Dominant groups
An analysis of the jobs held by the population born in India in Northern Beaches Council area in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:
- Professionals (303 people or 23.9%)
- Managers (185 people or 14.6%)
- Sales Workers (154 people or 12.1%)
In combination these three occupations accounted for 642 people in total or 50.6% of the employed population born in India.
In comparison, North District employed 47.5% in Professionals; 20.7% in Managers; and 5.4% in Sales Workers.
The major differences between the jobs held by the population born in India in Northern Beaches Council area and North District were:
