Analysis of the need for assistance of people in the National Growth Areas Alliance compared to National Growth Areas Alliance (NGAA) shows that there was a higher proportion of people who reported needing assistance with core activities.

Overall, 6.6% of the population reported needing assistance with core activities, compared with 5.7% for National Growth Areas Alliance (NGAA).

The major differences in the age groups reporting a need for assistance in Logan City and National Growth Areas Alliance (NGAA) were:
