Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Shire of Mundaring in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (2,275 females or 25.5%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (1,902 females or 21.3%)
  • Community and Personal Service Workers (1,541 females or 17.3%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 5,718 females in total or 64.1% of the employed female resident population.

In comparison, Greater Perth employed 27.1% in Professionals; 19.7% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; and 18.0% in Community and Personal Service Workers.
