Dominant groups

Analysis of individual income levels in Mosman Council area in 2021 compared to Greater Sydney shows that there was a higher proportion of people earning a high income (those earning $2,000 per week or more) and a lower proportion of low income people (those earning less than $500 per week).

Overall, 36.2% of the population earned a high income, and 22.0% earned a low income, compared with 15.9% and 30.9% respectively for Greater Sydney.
