Dominant groups

Analysis of the household/family types in Beleura Hill in 2011 compared to Mornington Peninsula Shire shows that there was a lower proportion of couple families with child(ren) as well as a lower proportion of one-parent families. Overall, 25.5% of total families were couple families with child(ren), and 9.7% were one-parent families, compared with 28.3% and 10.5% respectively for Mornington Peninsula Shire.

There were a lower proportion of lone person households and a higher proportion of couples without children.
