Analysis of the share of the female population attending educational institutions in Coburg in 2021 compared to North and West Metropolitan Region shows that there was a lower proportion attending primary school, a lower proportion attending secondary school, and a higher proportion engaged in tertiary level education.
Overall, 6.6% of the female population were attending primary school, 5.1% of the female population were attending secondary institutions, and 11.6% were learning at a tertiary level, compared with 7.9%, 5.8% and 9.7% respectively for North and West Metropolitan Region.
The major differences between the share of the female population attending learning institutions in Coburg and North and West Metropolitan Region were:
