Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Kurunjang in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (445 females or 20.2%)
  • Retail Trade (306 females or 13.9%)
  • Education and Training (279 females or 12.7%)

In combination, these three industries employed 1,030 females in total or 46.9% of the total employed female resident population.

In comparison, the City of Melton employed 21.5% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 12.8% in Retail Trade; and 12.5% in Education and Training.
