In 2021, there were 22,750 non-English speakers living in the City of Maroondah.

The non-English speaking population includes all people who speak a language other than English at home. The term doesn’t imply that this population can't speak English, just that English is not their first or native language. Proficiency in English varies widely between different language groups.
