Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in New Beith and District in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Technicians and Trades Workers (586 people or 18.5%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (518 people or 16.3%)
  • Professionals (514 people or 16.2%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 1,618 people in total or 51.0% of the employed resident population.

In comparison, Loganholme employed 17.4% in Technicians and Trades Workers; 14.8% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; and 14.8% in Professionals.
