Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Slacks Creek in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Construction (258 males or 18.4%)
  • Manufacturing (166 males or 11.8%)
  • Transport, Postal and Warehousing (154 males or 11.0%)

In combination, these three industries employed 578 males in total or 41.3% of the total employed male resident population.

In comparison, Logan City employed 19.8% in Construction; 12.4% in Manufacturing; and 10.6% in Transport, Postal and Warehousing.
