Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Casula in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (932 people or 14.9%)
  • Retail Trade (675 people or 10.8%)
  • Manufacturing (516 people or 8.2%)

In combination, these three industries employed 2,123 people in total or 33.9% of the total employed resident population.

In comparison, Liverpool LGA employed 13.8% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 9.9% in Retail Trade; and 8.2% in Manufacturing.
