Dominant groups

Analysis of the housing tenure of households of Wahroonga in 2021 compared to Ku-ring-gai Council area shows that there was a similar proportion of households who owned their dwelling; a larger proportion purchasing their dwelling; and a smaller proportion who were renters.

Overall, 39.8% of households owned their dwelling; 38.9% were purchasing, and 16.8% were renting, compared with 39.6%, 36.6% and 19.6% respectively for Ku-ring-gai Council area.
