Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Scoresby in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Technicians and Trades Workers (356 males or 21.5%)
  • Professionals (345 males or 20.9%)
  • Managers (244 males or 14.8%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 945 males in total or 57.2% of the employed male resident population.

In comparison, the City of Knox employed 23.5% in Technicians and Trades Workers; 20.8% in Professionals; and 15.9% in Managers.

The major differences between the jobs held by the male population of Scoresby and the City of Knox were:
