Dominant groups

Analysis of the car ownership of the households in Bayswater in 2021 compared to Upper Ferntree Gully shows that 89.9% of the households owned at least one car, while 5.6% did not, compared with 91.9% and 5.1% respectively in Upper Ferntree Gully.
