Dominant groups

Analysis of the car ownership of the households in Upper Ferntree Gully in 2021 compared to Rowville (Central) shows that 91.9% of the households owned at least one car, while 5.1% did not, compared with 95.1% and 2.8% respectively in Rowville (Central).
