Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in High Wycombe in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Technicians and Trades Workers (1,128 people or 18.1%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (975 people or 15.6%)
  • Machinery Operators And Drivers (814 people or 13.1%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 2,917 people in total or 46.8% of the employed resident population.

In comparison, the City of Kalamunda employed 17.3% in Technicians and Trades Workers; 14.4% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; and 9.3% in Machinery Operators And Drivers.
