Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Warwick in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (294 females or 30.8%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (213 females or 22.3%)
  • Community and Personal Service Workers (165 females or 17.3%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 672 females in total or 70.3% of the employed female resident population.

In comparison, the City of Joondalup employed 29.7% in Professionals; 22.5% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; and 16.6% in Community and Personal Service Workers.

The major differences between the jobs held by the female population of Warwick and the City of Joondalup were:

  • A larger percentage of females employed as Labourers (5.5% compared to 4.4%)
