Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Warwick in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Technicians and Trades Workers (254 males or 26.3%)
  • Professionals (195 males or 20.2%)
  • Managers (146 males or 15.1%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 595 males in total or 61.6% of the employed male resident population.

In comparison, the City of Joondalup employed 25.1% in Technicians and Trades Workers; 21.0% in Professionals; and 17.5% in Managers.

The major differences between the jobs held by the male population of Warwick and the City of Joondalup were:

  • A larger percentage of males employed as Clerical and Administrative Workers (7.8% compared to 5.8%)
  • A larger percentage of males employed as Technicians and Trades Workers (26.3% compared to 25.1%)
