Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in North Ward in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (2,132 people or 14.3%)
  • Construction (1,693 people or 11.3%)
  • Retail Trade (1,462 people or 9.8%)

In combination, these three industries employed 5,287 people in total or 35.4% of the total employed resident population.
