Analysis of the housing tenure of households of Hornsby Shire in 2021 compared to Dural shows that there was a smaller proportion of households who owned their dwelling; a larger proportion purchasing their dwelling; and a larger proportion who were renters.
Overall, 33.3% of households owned their dwelling; 38.7% were purchasing, and 22.8% were renting, compared with 38.5%, 37.1% and 13.3% respectively for Dural.
