Analysis of the qualifications of the female population in NSROC Region in 2021 compared to Hornsby Shire shows that there was a higher proportion of females holding formal qualifications (Bachelor or higher degree; Advanced Diploma or Diploma; or Vocational qualifications), and a lower proportion of females with no formal qualifications.
Overall, 68.9% of the female population aged 15 and over held educational qualifications, and 24.6% had no qualifications, compared with 66.2% and 27.5% respectively for Hornsby Shire.
The major differences between qualifications held by the female population of NSROC Region and Hornsby Shire were:
