Analysis of the car ownership of the households in Hornsby Shire in 2021 compared to Berowra Heights - North Eastern Rural shows that 90.7% of the households owned at least one car, while 6.6% did not, compared with 94.2% and 4.1% respectively in Berowra Heights - North Eastern Rural.
Of those that owned at least one vehicle, there was a larger proportion who owned just one car; a smaller proportion who owned two cars; and a smaller proportion who owned three cars or more.
Overall, 37.6% of the households owned one car; 36.2% owned two cars; and 17.0% owned three cars or more, compared with 31.2%; 40.7% and 22.3% respectively for Berowra Heights - North Eastern Rural.
